Selena Gomez stepped out on her own in New York City to attend Glamour's 2012 Females of the Year Awards on Monday night.

Gomez got a tiny teary in her acceptance speech as of Glamour's Females of the Year: "I am so honored to be in a room filled with females that I can only aspire to be as nice as they are day," he told the room, according to Hollywood Life.
Obviously, Gomez did not address talk of her split with pop star paramour Bieber, but he was also in New York, performing at Brooklyn's Barclays Middle.
